![]() Reading up on the internet, my 145's construction is the last of the good original type (phew!), before the baffles and wood changed in 1970. It makes sense for it's construction too actually. With FB18930 being 1970, I'd expect FB18052 to be about a year earlier if we're going by your numbers. So FB18052 being 1969/1970 seems very plausible. It seems that fb2100 would be around end of '73/early '74 from that. Solid State and all the new and at the time amazing Rotosonics were far more desirable than the 145/147 etc at the time, the 145 was only the Leslie for people who couldn't afford the 710 or 760 (it's so weird to think that!) Anyway, so those numbers do seem about right with that. These were definitely declining years for Leslie as organ sales were exceptionally declining. ![]() I have 145 with serial number fb20913, dated that to 73/74.If these go according with date, that would mean about 2000 Leslies (I don't know if these serial numbers are for all Leslies or just 145s? So either 2000 Leslies or 2000 145s anyway) made between 19. If you get the date from the motors then I'd put in within 6 months of that date, usually found both motors are quite near in manufacture date.
